Return Policy for Gina's Enchanted Garden
1) Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your shipment
2) We can only offer credit for the original purchase price. (If an item was purchased on sale and you want to return it for an item that is not on sale there may be a price difference.)
3) You may return an item and have the cost applied as a credit toward your next purchase.
4) Credit can not be given on items that are not returned in their original condition. (i.e. ready for resale to another customer.). Partial bottles of fragrance oils may not be returned. Fragrance Lamps and Burners may not be returned if they have been used.
5) Burners are subject to a $10 restocking fee to recover our shipping costs.
6) Items must be well packaged in an external box with cushioning material surrounding the item’s cosmetic box. We cannot provide credit if the item is damaged in return shipment.
7)You must contact us for authorization before you return an item.
8) In the unlikely event that you receive an item in error, we will ship you the correct item once we receive the returned item. Fragrance Burners or Oils that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged. We expect to receive the incorrect item back in less than 30 days or we will assume you have decided to keep it.
9) Authorized returns should be shipped to: Gina's Enchanted Garden, P.O. Box 1992, Manassas, VA. 20108. Be sure to include the original purchaser’s name (exactly as it appears on the packaging slip), along with your bill to address, and telephone number in case we need to contact you.
