Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates?

A: Yes!!! Simply visit our Gift Certificate Page and click on the Denomination you wish to purchase.

Q: Why should I order from you as opposed to another company?

A: Gina's Enchanted Garden does not endorse company "Bashing" in other words making one look bad to make another look better. All I can tell you is that we use 100% all natural, Organic blends of completely undiluted, alcohol free products. Including incense sticks and cones that are hand dipped and soaked for 24 hours making them very potent.

Our Fragrance Oils are also undiluted and alcohol free, giving you a long lasting, clean, pure burn.

Our Bath and Body Oils are blended with unique combinations of Essential Oils and we use the Finest Organic Carrier Oils to leave your skin feeling silky smooth, alive and invigorated.

We offer one of the largest selections of Unique Oil and Incense Burners available on the market today.

Our products are NEVER!!! tested on animals.

Q: What is your policy on "Bulk" ordering?

A: Gina's Enchanted Garden offers an additional 10% discount on any and all bulk orders.

A "Bulk" order is defined by one of the following:

1)An order of 100 or more incense sticks or cones of the same scent.

2) An order of 10 or more fragrance oils of the same scent.

3) An order of 5 or more Bath and Body products of the same type.

* Please Note: Bulk orders require a longer processing time and are not to be combined with other specials or discounts. however 20% is still donated to Charity. You Must Call In A Bulk Order. They Cannot Be Processed Online At This Time.

Q: What if I don't have a printer and can't print my purchased gift certificates?

A: Just contact BeEnchanted@live.com and I will gladly mail them to you.

Q: How do I request a catalog?

A: You can request a catalog in a number of ways...1st you can simply call during business hours and I will mail it out to you that day. 2nd you can go to our "Contact Us Page" and submit your information and I will send it to you the following business day...Or simply place an order and a catalog will automatically be shipped to you with your merchandise.
