Bathing is much more than a simple cleansing ritual. It should be an opportunity for you to relax, ease stress, sooth tired muscles, and prepare for a relaxing sleep.
When you want to do nothing else than to simply have a good bath, and crawl into bed, slide into a nice hot tub for about ten to fifteen minutes.
When the bathwater has been drawn add a total of about 6 - 7 drops of any, or a mixture of your favorite oils. Relax. You deserve it.
